Every shirt knows
whose it is.
From the club order to the shipped box: orders, floor planning, warehouse and billing. No spreadsheets crossing the factory.
30 days · no card · nothing to install
One path, not seven programs.
The order that comes in is the one the floor produces, the warehouse ships and billing charges for. Nobody copies anything from one place to another, and that is where mistakes are born.
Items, packs and each piece's personalisation. It arrives from the office, from the club store, or from a spreadsheet the club sent.
Line by line, you decide what gets made and what already sits in the warehouse. What is done is not done twice.
Planning against real capacity, and a board the floor can read standing next to the machine.
What is ready to leave, with a packing list and a destination: the club's or the buyer's.
Payment notes over what was delivered, and receipts on top of them.
The name and number are typed once.
Whoever orders writes the personalisation piece by piece: name, number, whatever the item accepts. That travels with the line all the way to the production sheet the floor gets on paper. It is never retyped, which is why no SILVA turns into a different SILVA halfway down the line.
- A pack is sold as a whole and produced piece by piece
- Different sizes inside the same pack
- Spreadsheet imports, with or without the AI importer
Stock is not a number, it is a history.
Every entry and every exit is recorded with date, item, size and position. The balance is the sum of those movements, which means you can also ask what the inventory was on 31 December and get the right answer.
- Locations and positions, with put-away as a transfer
- Free stock and stock assigned to an order
- Inventory export at any date
A store for every club.
Each club gets its own address where members buy and personalise on their own. A parent types their child's name, picks a size, pays or not depending on the arrangement, and the order reaches you already specified, without a single email thread.
- Each club's colours and logo
- Per-club prices, different from the base price
- Ship to the club or straight to the buyer
The sum nobody does.
An order of 18 personalised shirts, each with a name and a number. This is what it costs today, not in hours, which nobody measures, but in fields typed by hand.
The club’s sheet, your file, the production sheet, the label. The same 36 fields, four times, and every hand-off is a chance to get a number wrong.
The club types them once, in its own store or in the file you import. From there to the label nobody touches them again.
The club sees where its order stands whenever it wants. That is a question that stops reaching your inbox.
18 shirts × 2 fields (name and number) × 4 hand-offs. If your process has three instead of four, it is 108 rather than 144. The sum is yours and it is in plain sight.
Seven modules, one path.
Items, packs and per-piece personalisation. The name and number are typed once.
Planning against capacity, and a board the floor can actually read.
Stock by position. Today's balance and the one from three weeks ago come from the same sum.
Members buy and personalise. The order arrives already specified.
The AI reads the list the club sent and hands back the order.
Every club sends its own spreadsheet, and no two are alike: some put the number before the name, some keep the size in a separate column, some fit three teams on one sheet. The importer reads the file as it came and proposes the order already specified, line by line.
Nothing is saved without you seeing it: the proposal comes up for you to confirm, item by item, before it becomes an order.
It is a platform, not software you install.
It opens in a browser, on any machine in the factory. No workstation setup.
Ours, daily. Not a folder on somebody's computer.
What we add to the platform reaches yours at no cost and with no downtime.
Export what you want, when you want, as CSV, XML or JSON.
Questions we always get.
Do I have to drop what I use today overnight?
No. The trial runs alongside what you already have: you put one real order through, follow it to shipping and compare. You decide after that.
Do I have to retype my items and customers?
No. They import from a file. If what you have is a spreadsheet with each one's format, that is what we load with you in the first week.
Does it work if I do not make sportswear?
The platform was built for custom made-to-order production. A name and number on a shirt is the case we know best. If your product looks like that, talk to us before asking for the trial.
How many people can use it?
It depends on the plan, and users above the included ones are billed separately, never refused. Nobody is locked out halfway through a working day.
Where does the data live?
On servers in the European Union, with a daily backup. Each company has its own database, separate from the others.
Try it with your own orders.
Thirty days with the whole platform. Tell us who you are and we handle the rest.
