Is there a lock-in period?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time: the current month is due and nothing else.
What happens to the data on cancellation?
Export can be done before leaving. After cancellation the database is kept for the period set out in the contract and only then deleted.
Can the plan change mid-term?
Yes. A larger plan takes effect immediately; a smaller one on the next billing date.
