1. Who handles the data

Data collected on this site is processed by LILIANA L. PINTO UNIP LDA, tax number 516272721, registered at RUA TULIPAS 86 / 4425-209 MAIA. For anything about this policy or about your data, write to hello@prodsgest.com.

2. What we collect on this site

This site collects data in exactly one place: the trial request form. The fields are:

• Company, name and email: required, because without them there is nobody to answer
• Phone, what you produce and your message: optional
• How many people will use the platform, so we can prepare the answer

On submission we also store the IP address and the date of the request. Not to track you: it is the minimum record that lets us defend against automated submissions and prove, if needed, when and from where a consent came.

3. What they are for

This data is used to answer your request, prepare your trial access and support you during it. We use it for nothing else, we do not combine it with other sources, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

4. On what basis

We process this data on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the pre-contractual steps you asked for by requesting a trial. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

5. How long we keep it

If you do not go on to subscribe, we delete the request after 12 months. If you do subscribe, the data moves under the contract and follows the retention period set out in the subscription contract.

6. Who we share it with

Nobody, for commercial purposes. There are only two third parties in the path, both processors under a data processing agreement:

• The hosting provider running this site, with servers in the European Union
• The email provider through which the form message is sent

7. Cookies

This site uses one cookie, technical and strictly necessary: the PHP session cookie, which lets the form remember what you typed if validation refuses, and validates the token that blocks submissions from other sites. It expires when you close the browser.

There are no analytics, advertising or social cookies, and therefore no cookie banner: a strictly necessary cookie needs no consent.

8. Data inside the platform

This policy covers the SITE. Data entered into the prodsgest platform after you subscribe (orders, customers, the player names on the shirts) is processed by us as processor and by you as controller, under the contract. Each company has its own database, separate from the rest.

9. Your rights

At any time you may ask us for: access to your data, correction of anything wrong, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. Write to hello@prodsgest.com; we answer within the legal period of one month.

If you believe we did not handle it properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

10. Security

The site and the platform are served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed and never in readable form. Backups are daily and stored encrypted.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is material, we notify active subscribers by email.
